Mark Shanahan directs the business. His two decades of experience in corporate communications has included communication management within major change projects for Barclays Bank, Diageo PLC, Orange and The Forte Hotel Group.

The team consists of specialist consultants with extensive skills in communication during change who lead or support as required on projects. Leapfrog also calls on a number of associates with specific skills in research, strategic planning, editorial planning, and coaching, together with a regular team of writers, designers, editors, photographers and event management partners on a project-by-project basis.
